Do I get additional time if I have to go to the bathroom during the exam?

No, you do not get additional time. Don’t drink tons of coffee before the exam or at the lunch breaks. You are going to be on an adrenaline high anyway. If you know you will need to use the bathroom a lot, factor that in when you are writing your practice essays and assume that you will be seated the furthest away from the bathrooms.
