NY Bar Exam Test-Taking Tips

From Bar/Bri Bar Review

Tip #18

If I’m done before all the time has elapsed, can I leave early?

If you are done before the last 15 minutes of the exam, you can hand your exam in and leave. After that, you are "frozen" in your seat and must wait until the proctors call time. If you finish early, ask yourself, "Have I done my best?"

If the answer is yes, get up and get out of there. If the answer is no, you still have probably done your best. But to give yourself peace of mind, hang out until the end. DO NOT change any answers unless you see a blatant mistake. Then walk out knowing you did the best that you can.
